All you need is one band or one set of weights to get in a full-body workout. We offer virtual one-on-one training, group classes, and mobility classes. If you can’t make the live workout, you can complete the video whenever it works for you.

Since COVID-19, Kits Energy Training has been working hard to maintain the necessary social distancing and sanitizing protocols. Now, more than ever, it is necessary to find innovative ways to move our bodies and continue to exercise through these stressful times.

If you choose to meet in person at the gym, Rep1 Fitness has created a safety plan to protect the health of every member. Every trainer and staff will be wearing a mask, all of the equipment will be sanitized both before and after use, and you will be guaranteed a 6-foot distance between you and any other person during your training session.

If you are uncomfortable training in a public, indoor space, talk to Kristina about having your trainer come to your house or community park. If your location is too far to make it feasible for our Trainers to travel, we will recommend a virtual training program as an alternative.
