Setting goals is a great way to help us push beyond our preconceived limitations. But sometimes, it is just fun to celebrate our health and appreciate how far we have come, wherever we are at on that journey. Although I’m not a fan of Michelob beer, I loved this event; the music, running at night with headlamps, the glow lights, and the french fries at the end! What more could you ask for a fun Friday night?
