  • You can hold a consistent pace of 30+ km/hr for 2 hours.
  • Your goal is to increase speed and power.
  • You train with a power meter or heart rate monitor.

Where?

Start locations are in the UBC area but change each week. Check them out.

Who is my coach?

Vancouver Firefighter, 2015 Whistler GranFondo Champion, sub 2:30 marathon runner, uber endurance athlete, Facundo Chernikoff.

What about rain?

We live in a rainforest so unless the conditions are unsafe, we ride rain or shine.
