  • You have expert bike handling skills and experience training or racing in a group.
  • You can hold a consistent pace of 34+ km/hr for 2 hours.
  • Your goal is to increase both strength and power.
  • You ride with a power meter or heart rate monitor.

This is our fastest and most advanced group but we are NOT a racing club. The workouts and programs are designed for fondo and time trial events only.

Where?

Start locations are in the UBC area but change each week. 

Who is my coach?

Vancouver Firefighter, 2015 Whistler GranFondo Champion, sub 2:30 marathon runner, uber endurance athlete, Facundo Chernikoff.

What about rain?

We live in a rainforest so unless the conditions are unsafe, we ride rain or shine.
