  • You have NO ISSUES clipping in and out of “clip-less” pedals.
  • You have some experience riding in a group.
  • You may want to train for a bike event or fondo.
  • You are comfortable riding on the road and in traffic.
  • You have a road or gravel bike with drop bars.
  • You want to get faster but prefer a more social group.

Every Tuesday evening

6:30 PM to 7:30 PM

Where?

Start locations are in the UBC area but change each week. Check them out.

Who is my coach?

9 time Ironman athlete, 38 time marathon runner, and Personal Trainer, Elaine Reid.

What about rain?

We live in a rainforest so unless the conditions are unsafe, we ride rain or shine.
