Personal Training and Group Classes 

Personal Training     $75.00 / 50min session

Kristina will conduct a virtual assessment and design an individual training program based on your goals and needs. Whether you have a small home gym or just a yoga mat and a few bands, Kristina can design fun, innovative exercises that will keep you sweating. You will be surprised at how quickly the time goes and how many exercises you can do in your living room. No equipment is necessary to start.

Group Strength Training       $15.00 / 60min workout

Mondays from 5:30-6:30PM

Join us every Monday night for a group workout. The workout is broken up into 3 parts: 1. 10-15mins warm-up cardio with both low and high impact options  2. 5-10mins dynamic stretching  3. full-body strength training with weight and band options  You will require one or two bands or one set of dumbbells for these workouts.

Group Mobility Class       $7.50 / 30min session

Wednesdays from 5:00-5:30PM

This is not stretching, not yoga, nor is it a strength class, but a bit of all 3. Each class will include some stretches, some dynamic movement with breathwork, and a bit of core strength. No equipment required however a block or cushion might be helpful.
