Group Training


Our groups are made up of no more than 8 participants. Each group commits to a minimum of 5-8 sessions which allows the Coach the opporutnity to design a progressive program for that specific group. Because we are all unique, with our own unique issues, not every exercise will work for every person. For this reason, every effort is made to adjust the exercises to meet each person’s individual needs.

Throughout the sessions, each person in the group will have some one on one time with the Coach. Through the “team” mentality and spirit they will also be encouraged by their peers to succeed.

Classes dates and times are not posted here as they are constantly changing with each season. If you would like to learn more or when the next class is starting, please contact Kristina.

Cost is $28+gst for each session.

Drop-ins are not allowed in the group sessions.
